Why can I not send screen shots properly?

There is an ongoing bug with Microsoft Office 365. You cannot, apparently, use the mouse (right click) to copy and paste into email, it doesn't seem to send properly.

There is no way for PRL to fix this.

To get around this problem, use "control-c" to copy instead of right click and copy, and then use "control-v" to paste, instead of right click and paste. This seems to work fine.
