To clear your IETab cache and cookies (used by PROPS, RIC, etc.) please follow these steps:
- Close ALL Chrome and IE windows.
- In the Windows search bar start typing "Internet Options" until the Internet Options Control Panel App appears, then click it:

- In the window that opens up ("Internet Properties"), under "Browsing History", click the "Delete..." button:

- Ensure that "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" are both checked. Others are optional:

- Click the Delete button at the bottom of that window, then click OK to close the previous window.
- Optionally restart the computer - recommended but not required.
- Restart Chrome/IETab and log back into PROPS (or whatever you were working in)
