How do I get help with Office 365 (Email, Word, Excel, etc)

Party Rental has purchased our Office 365 licenses through Dell, and as part of this they provide user level support, allowing Party Rental Employees to contact Dell support directly.  Most issues they should be able to resolve, and there is no need to open a PRL Helpdesk ticket or wait for our own staff to reply.

Note that new licenses, etc. are still managed by PRL.

Account verification to obtain support will be your email address and our DCN (Dell Customer Number) “2223294”.  All support for Office 365 should be directed to the above number or email.  Do NOT call the hotline for Office 365 support.
